PI43767: TRANSMISSION QUEUES DEFINED WITH MQSC COMMAND ARE INCOMPLETE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Creating local queues which are transmission queues using MQSC
  commands, does not populate the resolved queue field in the
  configuration record.
  

Local fix

• create using MQ VSE panels via transacrion MQMT
  

Problem summary

  *                      MQSC are incomplete. Such that when     *
  *                      comands are issued via a remote QM      *
  *                      the reply Q is not set                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF                       *
  ****************************************************************
  Local queues created with MQSC commands are not populating
  the resolved queue field. This only impacts XMIT queues.
  

Problem conclusion

• Local queues created by MQSC have the same internal
  attributes as those created with MQ VSE panels.
