Error description

• Under heavy load, CQ Web cqrpc processes can sometimes crash
  with the follwoing errors message
  
  cqrpc : *** glibc detected *** cqrpc: double free or corruption
  
  CQWeb reduced the amount of login synchronization to help
  improve performance (see APAR PI39590).  That APAR demonstrated
  than an older UNIX-only library had thread-unsafe issues that
  were masked by the excessive synchronization that were removed.
