PI43402: ABEND0C4 RC00000010 AT DSNXERD OFFSET4A42 WHEN THE CICS APPLICATION CALLED A STORED PROCEDURE

Error description

• A CICS application called a stored procedure and a SQLCODE -904
  was issued when running the stored procedure. After exiting
  from the stored procedure, DB2 detected a SQLCODE -905 was
  issued so DSNXERD tried to notify WLM which executed the stored
  procedure of the earlier SQLCODE -904. During this notify
  process, the thread failed with ABEND0C4 RC00000010 at DSNXERD
  OFFSET4A42.

  After the second SQL error was raised, DB2 tried to retrieve
  a CICS token in order to inform the WLM address space that an
  SQLCODE -904 had been raised earlier in the stored procedure.
  
  The instructions used to retrieve the the CICS token were not
  set up correctly and resulted in the abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 has corrected the instructions to retrieve the CICS token
  so that the abend does not occur.
