• XtoolsTypeManager will return 1 when running a "compare" or
  "xcompare". The expected return value is 0 if "compare" or
  "xcompare" is successful in comparing the model files.

Problem conclusion

• XtoolsTypeManger returns 1 after a compare. Users should use new
  Compare/Merge command line interface. XtoolsTypeManger works as
  designed and will not be changed for backward compatibility with
  ClearCase.
