  The compiler did not mark the redefined data item as GLOBAL, so
  it could not be referenced in a nested program.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was modified to mark the redefined and redefining
  data items as GLOBAL, if one of them has the GLOBAL attribute.
  This way, both of them can be used in a nested program.
