Error description

• On iOS devices, when tapping on a phone number or email , the
  dialpad / text or email prompt does not come up.  The issue is
  only when the app is in the iframe of worklight app.

Problem conclusion

• The missing check in added in cordova lib to enable user to use
  TEL/EMAIL tag in iframe.
