Error description

• CST REP found 0c4 abend below during JCL run with
  incorrect module CSQ3SSGP:
  ABN=0C4-00000004,C=W9700.800.CHIN,M=CSQXPRCR,LOC=CSQXRCTL.

  Change team determined 0C4 is occurring in CSQXSTBC after a
  failed attempt to LINK to CSQXDSC.
  The problem occurred when trying to LINK to programs in
  PDSE, as indicated by the S0F4 RC24 abends in IGWBVLP1 shown in
  LOGREC and the associated CSV031I messages with RETURN CODE 24
  and REASON CODE 27080409 .
  Note that these are being issued for various different program
  objects, and LOGREC shows the first sign of a problem some time
  before the 0C4 dump with a S0F4 RC20 in IGWBEXT1.

  If a LINK to external modules CSQXACON or CSQXDSC fails for any
  reason, the error handing routine may cause an S0C4 abend due to
  incorrect register usage in the error-handling routine.
  

Problem conclusion

• The error handling has been amended to ensure the correct
  use of registers.
