Error description

• An Android app running on Android crashes randomly with the
  following error in the device log:
  
  java.lang.RuntimeException: Error receiving broadcast Intent
  Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Receiver not
  registered: null
  
  This issue seems to be the case on multiple Android devices.

Problem conclusion

• The fix ensures that the onReset() method implementation doesn't
  affect other asynchronous flow in the MobileFirst Android Client
