APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• On an AIX 6.1 host running IBM Rational Clearcase 8.0.1.7
  performing a "ls -l" command on the VOB thru "/view/<VIEW>/<VOB
  PATH>", will cause the following type of errors to be logged:
  5550bb13 mvfs: Error: MVFS_VRTYPE_VFS(0xf1000a02300d0910)
  unknown type=0 at ../mvfs_mnode.c:1376, continuing...
  
  This only occurs if the user running the command isn't in a view
  context.
  
  NOTE: In some instances this will cause the kernel to panic and
  reboot.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  Run the command from a view context.
