PI41986: LOGMANAGER CREATES MULTIPLE RES CONSOLE LOG FILES AFTER LOGON ERROR

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After a logon error occurred, a customer noticed that the RES
  console created an extra log file as follows:
  res-console.log
  <b>res-console.log.1</b>
  This is not the normal roll-over produced because the log is
  full and in fact the new log file contains a copy of what was
  in the old log file.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The logger can be opened in multiple thread simultaneously and
  each one creates a new files. the logger creation needs
  synchronization
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed
