PI41845: StateMachine;suppress line compartment above event name

Error description

• The horizontal compartment line is uses to differentiate the
  trigger guard condition and the trigger event if a trigger guard
  exists. But if there is no trigger guard, the line need not be
  present.

Problem conclusion

• The resolution is to hide the line above the trigger event names
  if the transition has no guard and show it only if guard is
  added. Since other customers may not want this behavior, we have
  added a preference "Show horizontal line above trigger events
  for transition with no guard" in State Machine preference under
  Modeling->UML Diagrams->State Machine,which is true by default.
