PI41703: Adding custom sub-interface definitions to a custom interface definition freezes Rational System Architect

Error description

• Attempts to edit an custom "App Comp Interface" through a custom
  "ACID" diagram properties by creating a new custom
  "sub-interface" in the list results in a freeze of IBM Rational
  System Architect (SA).
  
  
  SYMPTOM
  
  Steps to reproduce
  
  1) Open a custom "ACID" diagram (any that have custom"Apps and
     Interfaces" already in it will do.
  
  2) Edit a custom "Interface"
  
  3) In the edit dialog, go to the custom "Sub-Interfaces" list.
  
  4) Type in a new item name in the list and Press "Enter".
  
  Expected result:
  
  The item to be added.
  
  Unexpected results:
  
  * SA either becomes unresponsive then crashes,
  
   or,
  
  * SA gives an application error message then crashes,
  
   or,
  
  * SA just vanishes without warning.
  
  Note: The custom "Interface" being edited remains locked. The
  new custom "interface" does not appear to have been added.
  
  
  WORKAROUND
  
  None at this time.

Problem conclusion

• Rational System Architect 11.4.3.4 has been fixed to avoid the
  freeze or crash behavior in the application when working with
  custom interface definitions.
