APAR status

Error description

• If Internet explorer is set with language French or Spanish,
  when creating a new query, the text of "Query name" label is
  overlapped from the right by the text box containing the query
  name. In French, instead of "Nom de la requete:" only "Nom de la
  requet" is visible. In Spanish, instead of "Nombre the
  Consulta:", only "Nombre the Cons" is visible.
  Besides this, with these languages, in IE 8, the button "Cancel"
  is not accessible, since it it is not fitting n the frame and
  there is no scrollbar. With IE 9 and higher the button can be
  reached using a horizontal scroll bar.
  FireFox is not affected by this issue.
