Error description

• Problem reproduced in Synergy 7.2.1 (tested with 7.2.1.3.01)
  
  Top-1 and Sub-1 are respectively copy based absolute project and
  subproject in integrate state with work-area maintained.
  
  1) Synergy 7.1 with Classic client.
  Top-1 and Sub-1 are integrate
  Set the build manager role
  
  Delete workareas of Top-1 and Sub-1
  Check out a prep project Top-2, from Top-1 (without subprojects)
  The workarea for Top-2 is created.
  In Top-2, select Sub-1 subproject and Sync it
  => The subproject Sub-1 is synced.
  
  => The behavior is the same for a new working top project.
  
  
  2) Synergy 7.1 client GUI in Web mode:
  -Delete the workareas of Top-1 and Sub-1
  -Do a Copy project on Top-1 (without subprojects) to create a
  new prep project Top-2
  The workarea for Top-2 is created.
  -In Top-2, select the subproject Sub-1 and click on Sync
  Workarea/Members and Subprojects
  
  => The subproject Sub-1 is NOT synced
  
  The following error is reported:
  ##
  Static work area could not be updated.
  Unable to update static work area for Sub-1 under Top-2,
  subproject is not relative.
  ##
  
  => This problem/behavior is the same for a new working top
  project.
  
  Expected Result:
  => The subproject Sub-1 should be synced.
  
  
  3) Synergy 7.2.1 client GUI:
  -Delete workareas of Top-1 and Sub-1
  -Do a Copy project on Top-1 (without subprojects) to create a
  new prep project Top-2
