PI41370: WMQ 7.1 DELETE CFSTRUCT EVENT RECORD CONTAINS WRONG VALUES

Error description

• Incorrect data in the event messages are generated for
  delete cfstruct.
  
  Some of the event message data are invalid, for example:
  
  MQIA_CF_OFFLOAD                -->           4
  MQIACF_CF_SMDS_BLOCK_SIZE      -->       -9568
  MQIACF_CF_SMDS_EXPAND          -->         126
  MQIA_CF_CFCONLOS               -->          16
  MQCA_ALTERATION_DATE           --> '1900-01-01  '
  MQCA_ALTERATION_TIME           --> '02.00.00'

  During DELETE CFSTRUCT processing, CSQMUCFS calls CSQMQCLU to
  generate the required event message, passing the structure
  object definition. An error in the initialisation of the
  structure object means that not all of the values required for
  the event message have been initialised, leading to incorrect or
  invalid values being written to the event message.

  definition prior to calling CSQMQCLU so that the required values
  are correctly used in the event message.
