  *                      may be issued when executing an ALTER   *
  *                      PROCEDURE DROP VERSION statement.       *

  An ABEND04E RC00E70005 at DSNXI14 P038 may be issued when
  executing an ALTER PROCEDURE DROP VERSION statement and the
  target of the dropped package is unavailable. In this case, DB2
  should issue a SQLCODE904 instead.
  
  The following is an example of a failing statement:
    ALTER PROCEDURE MYPROC1
      DROP VERSION MYVER2 ;
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 has been modified to issue SQLCODE904 correctly instead of
  abend when executing an ALTER PROCEDURE DROP VERSION statement.
