Error description

• In RAM 7.5.2.2, user access control features were introduced,
  allowing RAM administrators to limit the maximum number of
  assets a specific user can download.  The administrator can
  configure RAM to send a warning e-mail once the user has reached
  a certain percentage of the allowed downloads as configured in
  the RAM Web UI; however, when configured, this feature would
  send multiple WARN e-mails, which is redundant.
  
  The e-mail redundancy issue will be corrected in a future RAM
  7.5.2.x fixpack.
