PI40989: TM1 PERSPECTIVES 10.2.2 FP3 ?ALLOW SPREADING? IN CAPABILITIES ASSIGNMENTS DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY

Error description

• If the ?Allow Spreading? Attribute In Capability Assignments is
  set to Deny for one Usergroup, no User is allowed to write back
  to a cell even when the he tries to enter a value manually to a
  cell.
  This function works as designed for spreading but it should be
  allowed to enter values manually in Tm1 Perspectives.
  This issue appears in TM1 Perspectives and Excel Websheets
  10.2.2 FP3.
