Error description

• When you are working in an IBM Rational ClearCase Team Explorer
  (CTE) dynamic view and have checked out a file unreserved, you
  will see a message stating that the file requires a merge as it
  is not the latest version of the file if a user has also checked
  in the same file in a different view.  This is expected
  behavior.
  
  However, in the message it will incorrectly show that you are
  the user that had checked in the previous version of the file
