PI40644: EMAILED REPORT LINKS EXTRA TAB IN INTERNET EXPLORER WITH JAVASCR IPT CLOSE "THE WEBPAGE YOU ARE VIEWING IS TRYING TO CLOSE"

Error description

• When a customer uses the Email Report function, and selects
  Report Link, the email received will have a link to the report
  output that the end user can directly access.
  When the end user clicks the link, Internet Explorer opens a new
  tab and a javascript call is made to close the tab.  The issue
  is, the end user cannot click the Save/Open/Cancel on the bottom
  download bar until they click No on the Popup which says:
  "The Webpage you are viewing is trying to close". If the end
  user clicks Yes, the tab is closed and they could not download
  the report. If they click Yes, the tab remains open, and the
  user can then Save/Open the report, then manually close the tab.
  
  Same test in FireFox simply opens a new tab without prompting to
  close, and then a popup to Open/Save appears. The end user has
  to manually close the tab afterwards.
