PI40612: SA CRUD Matrix does not filter appropriate values based on the search string and comparison values set

Error description

• Noticed the following strange (?) behavior of SA in a CRUD
  matrix:
  
  Specify for the Data Entity:  Model   =
  05_FN_Treasury_Forecasting  you get only a small subset of
  entities that are part of this project data model.
  Changing to: Model =  05_FN_Treasury_Forecasting  (so the model
  name in double quotes) results in the full list.
  
  Alternatively, using Model starts with
  05_FN_Treasury_Forecasting  also gives the full list.
  Using Model like 05_FN_Treasury_Forecasting also give the full
  list.
  
  You only get a subset if no quotes are used.
  Either expect nothing at all, or the full list. Getting a subset
  is very confusing and tricky as well, because it might not be
  obvious that only a subset is provided.

Problem conclusion

• Rational System Architect 11.4.3.4 has been fixed to show quotes
  in the project data model when it starts with a number.
