Error description
Constructing simple tests in RIT 8.6.0.3 shows that the "fields in any order flag" is respected and processed. However there are some cases where the re-ordering does not occur and validation errors consistent with not re-ordering the nodes then occurs.

Problem conclusion
The any-order validation code was reworked extensively between versions 8.7.0 and 8.7.1, and these unjustified errors are no longer seen.
