Error description

• The management services endpoint detection can take a wrong host
  name in case it is deployed in a node that has the same
  http/https ports than other nodes of the cell.

  * WebSphere ND cell the administration service endpoint        *
  * detection can take a wrong host name in case the             *
  * administration service is deployed in a node that has the    *
  * same http/https ports than other nodes of the cell. The      *
  * result is that the runtime during the startup of the         *
  * Websphere server cannot contact its administration service.  *

Problem conclusion
