Error description

• After the server has been active for a long time, it's possible
  for some messages between the server and the agent to be
  dropped. This can result in hanging deployments, or deployment
  steps that show as "failed" even though they completed
  successfully.
  
  Restarting the server will fix the issue temporarily.
