Error description

• When generating license reports using the IBM Rational License
  Key Server (RLKS) Administration and Reporting Tool (ART) the
  license report may contain incorrect or differing counts:
  - When reporting against multiple servers at the same time (as
  opposed to reports on each individual server)
  - When looking at the graphical reports vs a "comma separated
  value" (csv) format report.

Problem conclusion

• Upgrade to IBM Rational License Key Server Administration Agent
  version 8.1.4.8 and IBM Rational License Key Server
  Administration and Reporting Tool version 8.1.4.8. This will
  ensure that data containing special characters will appear in
  the generated reports.
