• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In RBD 9.1.0 the WSDL can be generated but issues a different
  message:
  This WSDL file uses SOAP 1.2 which is not currently supported by
  EGL If you continue using this WSDL file, it might cause
  generation and runtime environment errors.  OK to continue or
  Cancel to exit.
  
  The same problem occurs in RBD 8.5.1.x
  
  The fix for this APAR will issue the same message as in RBD
  9.1.0.  EGL will still not support SOAP 1.2.
