Error description

• When you provision an environment from a blueprint
  where the environment is mapped to a single team with multiple
  types, you will see a constraint violation error.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. create a second type for environment
  2. create a resource template
  3. create an application
  4. create a blueprint
  5. Try to create an environment based on your blueprint. Verify
  the environment will be mapped as both types
  6. You will see the constraint violation
