APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• RAA V6.1.0.7 made a change to how the DMH_ANALYSIS_PARMS rows
  were used.   The FORMAT PARM_KEY was no longer optional.  (If
  missing, a NullPointerException may occur.)
  

Local fix

• use RAA gui instead of RAASYNC to import CICS import file.
  

Problem summary

• NullPointerException trying to load an import file that was not
  inserted into the database by RAA and is missing the FORMAT or
  DELETE analysis parameters.
  

Problem conclusion

• RAA postprocessor code was updated to default the FORMAT and
  DELETE analysis parameters if they're not in the
  DMH_ANALYSIS_PARMS table.
