PI39515: Synergy/RTC Bridge setup_rc logfile is overwritten after each database run

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If you have a Synergy/RTC environment with multiple databases,
  the setup_rtc
  log file is overwritten after each database is run.  Should be
  APPENDED - one file is fine. You will only see the last DB
  entry.  There is no way to go back and see the entries for a
  previous DB run.
