Error description

• You will be unable ot save application processes containing
  operational--no version
  needed--steps. To workaround, you will have to edit and save the
  operational steps.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create a component w/ an operation (no version) process
  2. create an application
  3. map component to application
  4. create application process
  5. under componentName in the step tree add its component
  process to the editor
  6. check run if components change
  7. save the step
  8. save the process
  9. navigate and return to the process
  10. add or remove a process line and try saving.
  You will see an error.
  

Local fix

• Workaround:
  
  For each operation no version needed step
  1. open the step
  2. click save in the dialog without changing anything
