• Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Create a component
  2. Delete the component
  3. Use the createResource CLI command to create a new resource
  with the deleted component as the role name
  
  Expected result: The resource would fail to be created because
  the component no longer exists
  Actual result: The resource is still created as a component
  resource for the deleted component.
