  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Message CSQX407I is issued indicating   *
  *                      that cluster queue definitions are      *
  *                      inconsistent. This happens after        *
  *                      migration to V800.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Cluster queues can have a default put response type (DEFPRESP)
  value of SYNC (1) or ASYNC (2). However if the queue was first
  defined at V6 or earlier, then when the queue manager is
  migrated to V701 this queue attribute is held internally as zero
  if UI22622 is not applied. Later when the queue manager is
  migrated to V800 this value remains as zero, but now we check
  for its inconsistency with other same-named queues in the
  cluster. If any exist that have one of the allowed values of
  DEFPRESP, then CSQX407I will be issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• The loading of the local object, representing the local queue
  has been altered, to correctly set the value for default put
  response type. Additionally the processing during start-up for
  the cluster, and cluster cache has also been changed to ensure
  the value in the cluster cache for non-local queues is
  corrected.
