PI38953: WITH FIREFOX, CUSTOM LOGIN PAGE DOES NOT WORK AS EXPECTED IF COGNOS CONNECTION IS OPENED USING WINDOW.OPEN

Error description

• A SSO is built with a "login application". The users log on with
  this application and then can access to some applications like
  Cognos BI by using window.open.
  The Cognos login page is cutomized using  Security and
  Administration Guide and the proven practice document to display
  a specific message and logo.
  After connecting to Cognos BI, when the session timeout occurs
  there is not the same behavior between Internet Explorer and
  Firefox when clicking on the page :
  
  - with IE the customized login page is displayed
  - with FF a "basic" customized page is displayed
  
  The issue does not occur without SSO.
