Error description

• After having configured the Cross-Server communication between a
  CQWeb server and a DWA server, attempts to create the project
  relationship between DOORS and CQ (Site Administration ->
  Project Relationship -> Selection of the DWA server) result in
  the CQWeb dialog box never responding.
