PI38874: DST ISSUE WITH TIMEZONE WHEN USING CQM

APAR status

• Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

• When a report has a data item with "current_timestamp" along
  with some other query item, it comes from the database.
  But if we use just the current_timestamp, it comes from Cognos
  and it shows correct time but wrong offset (-5 instead of -4)
  ...
  
  
  This issue occurs only on the package based on CQM. Dynamic
  query mode works fine.
  Happens both in report studio and Event studio. So raising as BI
  core.
  

Local fix

• change the data item to current_timestamp - 60 min
