IBM HTTP Server can log the duration of a request, but cannot
record the time-to-first-byte (TTFB) of the response.

Problem conclusion

The "LogIOTrackTTFB" directive was added to mod_logio which
allows the tracing of the time to first byte. Once enabled,
the "LogFormat" directive will accept format "%^FB" which
gives the time to first byte in microseconds.


This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs:
- 7.0.0.39
- 8.0.0.11
- 8.5.5.7
