• There currently isn't any easy way to get all of a user's
  config, including Includes.

Problem conclusion

• The core was modified to support a new sub-option to the -t
  parameter (configuration test). If apachectl is passed the optio
  -t and -DDUMP_UNIFIED_CONFIG, the server will resolve all
  "Include" directives and print each configuration line to stdout
  
  This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs:
  - 7.0.0.39
  - 8.0.0.11
  - 8.5.5.7
