Error description

• ABN=0C4-00000004, CSQWTRC M=CSQGFRCV,
  LOC=CSQWVCOL.CSQWVCOL
   The 0C4 is occurring when CSQMCPEN attempts to trace the RAL.
  The problem appears to be due to pRAL being 0, indicating that
  there was no RAL when the module was called - although a RAL
  has subsequently been created, pRAL is not updated to refer
  to it. This causes CSQWVCOL to copy from low storage for a
  length determined from values in low storage, leading to the
  reported 0C4.

  The problem happens when CSQMCPEN attempts to write the exit
  trace point.
  CSQMCPEN attempts to trace pRAL for a length of pRAL->RALTLEN,
  however pRAL itself is zero and the contents of pRAL->RALTLEN
  are whatever happens to exist at the RALTLEN offset from address
  0. Normally this value will also be zero and therefore there is
  no issue, however if RALTLEN does contain a value (as is the
  case if PRIMEPSA is turned on) then CSQMCPEN will attempt to
  trace a length of storage, some of which may be inaccessible,
  resulting in the 0C4-00000004.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQMCPEN will now trace out the pRAL pointer itself, rather than
  the range of storage.
