Error description

• LOAD utility was run on a table space with referential integrity
  and an index with an include column.  During the ENFORCE phase,
  LOAD abended with:

  M=DSNTFRCV,LOC=DSNUTILA.DSNUGSUU+30F0
  
  followed by

  M=DSNTFRCV,LOC=DSNIDM .DSNIMSAR+0D6C
  
  and various other abends due to an overlay

Problem summary

  *                      of the parent table has an include      *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply corrective PTF when available.         *

  Message DSNU361I - 'FOREIGN KEY HAS NO PRIMARY KEY FOR
  RELATIONSHIP name' during LOAD of a child table when the
  index on the primary key of the parent table has an include
  column.  This happened because LOAD did not take the
  INCLUDE COLUMN(s) into account when building the key
  for referential integrity checking.

Problem conclusion

• DB2 code was modified to take the INCLUDE COLUMNs
