• (COB V5.1) CPU consumption for OPT(1) is higher than COB V4
  
  Degraded runtime performance can occur under COB V5.1 at OPT(1)
  as compared to COB V4.2, particularly in the area of array
  usage.

  An inexpensive loop optimization performed at OPT(2) was not
  being performed at OPT(1).
  

Problem conclusion
