APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You will not be able to run process on agents when the agents
  are installed in a path containing spaces. The JAVA_OPTS value
  used in this action does not allow properties to contain spaces.
  

Local fix

• On Windows systems, the line in plugin-javaopts.conf
  '-Djava.io.tmpdir=${java.io.tmpdir}' can be changed to
  -Djava.io.tmpdir="${java.io.tmpdir}" and the batch interpreter
  should be able to handle the property.  On Unix systems, the
  bash interpreter cannot handle spaces in the interpolated path
  at all.  The line needs to be removed and java opts set
  elsewhere (perhaps via a shell step with an export), hardcoded
  such that it doesn't contain a space (IE by using a symlink), or
  the agent needs to be installed to a path that has no spaces.
