PI38196: RE-SENDING E-MAIL RULE DOESN'T WORK WITH ORACLE CONTENT STORE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When we set up smtpRules-custom.xml using Oracle content
  store(notification store), the setting for 'resends' parameter
  doesn't work correctly. Cognos 8 continues to send an e-mail
  over the settings.  This issue occurs only when we use Oracle
  content store(notification store). When we use SQL Server or
  DB2, this issue doesn't occur.
