APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the customer follows the instructions to setup and run the
  BlueList on-premise sample and then adds or removes and item,
  then the following messages appear in the mesage log: IMFCP015E
  / IMFCP008E.  The sample still works (hence the lower severity),
  but the messages erroneously appear in the log and can confuse a
  customer.

Problem conclusion

• The fix is to handle the case in which the java IMF data proxy
  receives an empty response entity (HEAD response) by simulating
  no payload.  This will cause the correct status code to be
  returned to the issuer of the REST request.
