* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
* When using the "exclude" flag with the addVersionFiles CLI   *
* command, the files/directories that should be excluded are   *
* added to the upload. This defect affects UCD versions        *
* 6.1.1.0 through 6.1.1.2. It is fixed in 6.1.1.3.             *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
* Upgrade to 6.1.1.3 and download the new client.              *
****************************************************************
