APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the log search results are shown in the log panel in the
  Analytics console, a download button is presented that allows a
  user to select a time range surrounding the existing record.
  The downloaded data, however, is sometimes empty, or sometimes
  not within the specified range.
  

Local fix

• Select a much wider range in order to download the raw logs
  containing the entry you are currently viewing in the console.

Problem conclusion
