Error description

• DB2 got the abend rc00e40213 in DSNUTILA.DSNUSUCD +5FD4
  when running RUNSTATS on a partitioned table with some
  indexes with the key columns defined as RANDOM

  A RUNSTATS TABLESPACE with INDEX option run on a partitioned
  table space with an index contained key columns defined as
  RANDOM order:
  
  1. abended with ABEND04E RC00C9004F and RC00E40213 at DSNUSUCD
  x'5FD4'.
  
  2. generated encoded COLVALUE values into SYSIBM.SYSCOLDISTSTATS
  and SYSIBM.SYSCOLDIST catalog tables.
  
  These problems occurred because the key column values were not
  unrandomized when collecting the frequency statistics and caused
  incorrect frequency records inserted to SYSIBM.SYSCOLDISTSTATS
  and SYSIBM.SYSCOLDIST.
  The same problem can happen for RUNSTATS INDEX.
  

Problem conclusion

• RUNSTATS code has been modified to unrandomize the key values of
  the RANDOM order index columns.
