Error description

• Running a list report with a summary row against a DMR DQM
  package causes high CPU usage and runs slowly, taking up to an
  hour or more to return results when the same report in CQM takes
  a couple of seconds. The same report in DQM without the summary
  row returns in a couple of seconds as well.
