Error description

• You will not be able to access some application and component
  processes after upgrading to 6.1.1.2.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. In 6.0.1.5, create a component with 2 processes
  2. In the first component process, add a Run Component Process
  step which runs the second process.
  3. Delete the second process
  4. Upgrade to 6.1.1.2
  5. Attempt to access the first component process. You will not
  be able to access it.
