PI36942: MQIA_CHLAUTH_RECORDS IS MISSING FROM CSQMQCLA

Error description

• When issuing ALTER QMGR, the PCF record written to
  the SYSTEM.ADMIN.CONFIG.EVENT queue is missing data
  for CHLAUTH, specifically MQIA_CHLAUTH_RECORDS.

  When configuration events are enabled and an ALTER QMGR command
  is processed, the event message produced does not contain the
  value for the status of channel authentication records. It is
  expected that the event message should contain this value, under
  the attribute MQIA_CHLAUTH_RECORDS.
  

Problem conclusion

• The processing has been updated, to ensure the value for
  MQIA_CHLAUTH_RECORDS is not omitted from event messages in this
  case.

    Controls whether channel authentication records are used.
    Channel authentication records can still be set and displayed
    regardless of the value of this attribute. (parameter
    identifier: MQIA_CHLAUTH_RECORDS).
  
    The value can be:
    MQCHLA_DISABLED
   Channel authentication records are not checked.
    MQCHLA_ENABLED
   Channel authentication records are checked.
