Error description

• 'Keep work area changes' is uploading files but also downloading
  them.
  
  To reproduce:
  -on the Windows client, create a new project
  -add a big file directly in the workarea.
  -Run a Sync workArea and select Keep Work Area changes.
  The file is then uploaded to the database on the server.
  
  =? However, the file is also downloaded on the client's machine,
  once it has been uploaded on the server.
  
  For objects with supertype ascii, this is a normal behaviour
  because if the source contains some keywords, these keywords
  have to be set. And the workarea's file must then be updated
  once the keywords have been filled up.
  
  But this is not the case for objects with supertype 'binary'.
  So objects with supertype 'binary' should not be downloaded.
